Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Salesforce Mobile is pretty unique and such a convenient tool to use. It's great to be able to send a text to also communicate with the applicant instead of always calling. Such a valuable tool to use. It has been very useful to help contact older prospects or applicants in the system. I think it's a useful tool and I think more companies should also adapt to this as well.
  • Being able to customize your message
  • Faster response in real time
  • Saving message to use for a great follow up
  • Controlling your leads
  • It's very glitchy-- some of the canned messages won't work for no reason
  • Some links don't work all the time
  • It could be easier to navigate from one report to another
Salesforce Mobile is very efficient and makes sense to use. Sometimes the reports, when you click in, doesn't open in a mobile view so you can see everything on one page. It helps when you need to search names, but it is not always user-friendly and would glitch. Saved messages are important, but as stated before sometimes the messages and links provided don't work.

Salesforce is used to track students and store their information for our Admissions Counselors. It makes it possible for the Admission counselor to keep up with different documents that students upload to apply.
  • Store student information
  • Keeps track of students
  • Report Editing
  • Links
It is well suited the most for our company because when speaking with new students, we can log their information into the app. Being able to use it for the mobile app as well has been a gamechanger as well.

All conversations and communication with overseas sales representatives and clients are logged and tracked using Salesforce Mobile. The ability to access our company's Salesforce from remote location challenge that Salesforce Mobile solves. In society today, the greatest approach to engage with clients is through Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App).
  • The ability to construct lead list for various marketing channels and have our staff prioritize calls. It's simple to use, just has to be set up once, and it's safe.
  • The most important aspect of this app is that all of its features are incredible, especially the reporting capabilities and the ability to quickly input customer information.
  • The app allows sales reps to focus on opportunities while on the field. The app has a feature that allows you to set up quick action for a variety of tasks.
  • It just take a minor bit of training.
  • Although the app is expensive, the functionality it provides solves this problem.
  • If you have a low or medium-speed internet, the platform likewise incredibly poor.
We can be on the go and yet have access to information, contacts, and apps using Salesforce Mobile. We may then develop meaningful insight based on the data and push behaviors to additional clients by forecasting forward and tacking notes on prospects, clients, and so on. In addition, the mobile component makes it easy to update in real-time when on the road. For Business owners and team leaders, the salesforce mobile application is an extremely helpful tool.

Salesforce Mobile is great to check dashboards on the go. From the Marketing perspective, I check reports and dashboards to see MQLs and SQL moving along. I also can quickly check if opportunities are correctly attributed to the lead source.
  • Dashboards
  • Reports
  • DocuSign Integration
  • Fingerprint Login
  • Search Filters
It's great to check activity on the go. It's also great for team members who need to sign agreements with the electronic signature integration apps. I only use it to check things but not to actively work in the app. This is due to the high complexity of Salesforce. However, screenshots or links are shared easily with the team via Slack.

My organization's sales and business development teams use the Salesforce Mobile app to actively manage leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts on-the-go. The app is well designed and supports most of the functionality of using non-mobile desktop version of Salesforce. Often times many things happen outside of business hours. A contact might respond to an email, or you may receive a signed PO after normal work hours. The Salesforce app allows all the necessary Salesforce functionality without having to be logged in at your computer.
  • The overall user experience of the app is very good. It's intuitive and easy to navigate.
  • The app reflects the native desktop app and does not limit functionality.
  • The search feature makes it quick to look up a specific contact or opportunity.
  • The ability to upload documents to related records would be a plus. This may be possible and I am just not finding it.
  • Other than that, I think the app does a great job of mirroring our Salesforce instance.
The Salesforce mobile app is well suited for larger organizations with a good-sized field force, and many opportunities in motion. It gives the sales reps and business development team the power of their entire Salesforce CRM in the palms of their hands. The user interface is easy to navigate and behaves similarly to the desktop version of Salesforce. Smaller organizations with not many opportunities in the pipeline at one time may not find the app as beneficial. The app really helps the sales team stay on top of opportunities when there's a lot going on.

Hi!

At least in my company the sales team is very free, so it depends on the person.

In my case, I just use it for last minute things: For example, imagine is saturday night and I just got a very improtant signature, so i need to CW the opportunity in order to start the OB as soon as possible. For this case, the mobile version is very usefull as it only takes me a couple minutes and I dont have to wait a day or get my computer.

Besides that, of course i preffer the web-browser version because of the size of the screen and is easier to navegate, but for being a simpler version it does what it has to do
  • Helps sends last minute contracts, or in situ contracts
  • Help change stages of the oppos when you are OoO
  • It keeps it simple even though we all know than SF manages a lot of information
  • It could be easier to navigate from one report to another
  • It does not let me close the recent activity pop up in the oppo, and it uses more space than relevant fields, plus the stage map is cut instead of being reduce in size
For field sales is very usefull as you dont longer need to move around with the computer, as the phone can manage to do the most relevant tasks

Salesforce app extends all the functionality to a mobile application that helps you to take your data anywhere, manage leads and stay up to date with coworkers from anywhere. This allows you to have the information at your fingertips with accessibility to dashboards, reports, tasks and notifications. It also allows you to build a Salesforce compatible app that is unique to your business and business needs.
  • Easy for teams to update task, opportunities and accounts no matter where you are.
  • All task available on the desktop version from the convenience of your phone.
  • Also has offline functionality that is useful in remote areas.
  • Some reports or dashboards that are more complicated don't display very well on a phone.
  • May require some training for the first time user.
  • Creating DocuSign documents for clients is cumbersome via the app.
It is great for the person on the go or who travels a lot. You have full functionality of the desktop version that you can take with you anywhere. For the user who is new and needs support, the support service can be lacking. I have seen issues with the app being slow and there is no auto save functionality.

We use it for two divisions- ticket sales and corporate sales. It’s used primarily when Reps are on the go and need to quickly look up an account or log something.
  • Easy account look up
  • Easy to click to dial
  • Easy to log notes
  • Not as many features as desktop view
  • Difficult to see notes
Great for a quick look up of an account or to find a number. Can be challenging to see al notes or to look at reports.

We use Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] all the time!! It allows us to be truly "anywhere" and keep business moving. We have used it to approve deals, support collaboration and even with SOW flow. Without Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)], myself as an admin, deal desk users and sales leaders would have to keep their laptops ready and be tethered to wifi somewhere. The report and dashboard function allows us to see metrics on the go and help support users when there are issues. During Covid times, being flexible to working locations / conditions has really made Salesforce Mobile a must have for me and our users due its feature rich platform and ease of learning.
  • Feature Rich
  • Fast Learning
  • Live Data
  • Device Friendly
  • Security Compliant
  • User Profile Edits
  • Report Edits
  • Links
Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is perfect for basic Opportunity, Account and Quote information. Approvals on Deals too. Chatter is amazing!! Reports and Dashboard viewing is "ok" but any editing needs to be done in the full version. If you need basic Salesforce functionality on the go or you are waiting on a deal to approve or item to action in order to move it along--> Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is perfect!! I wish the Admin App would be merged with the Salesforce Mobile app so I would not need 2 apps, this is a bummer.

We use Salesforce Mobile to log and track all calls and communication with our partners and customers. It allows us to take and receive calls on our cell phones and then log in the relevant info while not in our office. Our business relies a lot on follow-up on calls, so this is very helpful when it comes to cataloging and summarizing communication.
  • Creating tasks
  • Creating FU tasks
  • Logging call info
  • Just ease of use at times. It would be easier to have everything accessible in one or two screens.
It is very helpful when you are taking or making phone calls outside of your office, on your cell phone. This allows you to quickly and easily log info on a call right after you end it.

At our organization, we currently use the mobile version to support our sales teams remotely when unable to access the computer. All of our sales managers have the app and utilize it to evaluate opportunities, accounts, events, and more. We are using it primarily amongst the sales teams, but our office managers and project managers are using it as well.
  • Ability to manage account remotely.
  • Enter new opportunities.
  • Manage events on the go.
  • Run reports to track the sales teams and production.
  • The mobile app does not work well in split screen mode.
  • Adding multiple opportunities and events for those opps can be cumbersome.
  • Managing sales teams remotely.
  • Running reports or viewing dashboards.
  • Enter new opportunities or accounts.
  • Keeping track of production.

Our salespeople, marketing team, and managers all utilize salesforce1 mobile application to keep up with active opportunities. We have clients from all around the world, the app makes it easy to log an interaction, interest, email, etc., when not on a computer. For example, when someone is away from the office or home office logging in through a web browser can be cumbersome, the salesforce1 mobile application is easy and quick.
  • The UI is well designed, this makes it easy to navigate.
  • The application transitions are smooth and fast.
  • When viewing the page of Leads or Opportunities they appear bland and blend together. A color differentiator pattern of at least grey, white, grey, white would be helpful.
The SalesForce1 mobile application, of course, is specifically well suited for employees to update records while not around a computer. The app is especially helpful when making sales calls on the road and a quick look up of information, such as contacts, roles, and notes would be valuable. Salesforce1 mobile app adds an additional layer of convenience.

Salesforce1 allows for on the go analysis and updating of our pipeline. Especially important that we are able to use it at events like SXSW or other hosted events. It's essential we keep it up to date and we understand what we've done in the past, as well as where certain deals/contacts are sourced from.
  • Allows for on the go updates of leads/contacts.
  • Allows for on the go analysis of pipeline.
  • Helps us keep everything in track when we don't have internet access.
  • Allows for some customization, but not all.
  • Does not allow for conversions of leads into contacts.
Definitely would recommend. Find myself using it in spurts, so perhaps I should find a way to better integrate it. Also find myself using notebooks/notepads on my phone more often than taking notes in Salesforce1.
